Thomas Everard - PADI Divemaster
Thomas, if you can believe it, joined us in
2000 at the age of 10. He walked into
the
dive center with his parents and brother
and proclaimed that he was going to
become
a PADI Instructor and own his own hotel
and
restaurant. We all grinned and burst
with
pride when he became our first 10 year
old
to complete the PADI Jr Open Water
Diver
course. Thomas has returned every year
and
completed courses, dived, worked in
the dive
center and now obtained his PADI Divemaster.
His work commitments back in the UK
prevented
him from completing his instructors
course
in 2009, but this should be completed
shortly,
and we have no doubt in our mind that
Thomas
will become an excellent PADI Instructor.
Thomas has a whole hearted devotion to whatever
he sets out to do and does it. When
finishing
school he went head strong into making
his
first steps into the hotel/restaurant
business
and is now the manager of his department
in the restaurant of the Rudding Park, a prestigious 5 star luxury hotel and golf
club.
Thomas loves to work and what little
spare
time he has he likes to dive and travel.
After 10 years of diving and over 200
logged
dives, Tom can still boast "I
still
get sea sick and it is still cold!"
